Mumbai Home of Indian Cricket Player Yashasvi Jaiswal

Yashasvi Jaiswal is an emerging talent in the Indian cricket scene. Born in Suriyawan, Uttar Pradesh, on December 28, 2001, Jaiswal is a gifted left-handed opener. His tale of tenacity and commitment on the path to becoming a professional cricket player is remarkable. Even though Jaiswal had to endure several hardships, such as sleeping in a tent near a cricket stadium, his extraordinary talent and perseverance helped him become well-known. He became well-known throughout the world by leading the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in runs scored. Cricket fans are still excited and paying attention to his bright career.

He moved into his new house with his family—his parents and a brother—in July 2023. The cricket player's new home has five roomy bedrooms, a spotless dining room, a cozy living room, and chic yet simple décor. Yashasvi's 1,500 square foot (sqft) residence in Thane, Mumbai, was designed by Mcasa Studio. Yashasvi took an active part in the interior design and decoration of his house, even with his hectic schedule.

Yashasvi Jaiswal residence: Entry

Yashasvi's home tastefully blends modern functionality with the modest charm of European style. As an introduction, the front door provides an enduring blend of European entry design elements. This sophisticated style is best shown by the way the traditional door frames have been elegantly redesigned with soft curves and a beautifully arched top. The arched entrance corridor greets you as soon as you enter, and it is decorated in a rich blue color. This area features a special award part that is subtly hidden and showcases Yashasvi's impressive accomplishments.

The cricketer's living room is a superb example of comfort and style combined. The focal point is a large custom-made couch with luxurious cushions and a calm grey bouclé fabric upholstery. A sophisticated center table with a coating of stainless steel and beautiful marble gives a hint of modern elegance. The television wall is decorated in a gentle grey shade, with a detailed and elaborate design motif at the top that is rendered in white to accentuate its structural components.

Kitchen of Yashasvi Jaiswal's home

The open kitchen and living space merge harmoniously, providing a smooth transition. The kitchen cabinetry is tastefully finished in a gentle European shade, with contrasting handles, and features white quartz counters decorated with statuary marble. Unquestionably, the semi-circular service counter covered in opulent marble cladding is the most striking feature. This counter stretches beautifully, supported by finely carved marble columns with a semi-circular flute pattern. A carefully chosen linear hanging light is gently positioned against the beam to enhance both function and beauty.

Bedrooms at Yashasvi Jaiswal's home

Yashasvi's master bedroom, which boasts an opulent bed covered in fine linens and a deep blue accent wall with delicate moulding, has been tastefully decorated to inspire a sense of calm. This section is connected to the bathtub area, where a terrazzo-tiled accent wall is complemented by pendant tiles in a calm shade of ocean blue. The second bedroom is a perfect place to work or unwind thanks to its muted color scheme, clean lines, and comfortable linen bed setting. The full-length grey mirror in the third bedroom is located across from the door.

About project

The builder of the project, Adani Realty, has refrained from commenting on this deal.

Due to the bankruptcy of the original promoter, Radius Estates, the housing project has a troubled past. Subsequently, Adani Realty purchased the unfinished project, and according to brokers, the units should be completed and turned over this year.

Although it wasn't always the most popular neighborhood in Mumbai, Bandra East has seen a significant increase in popularity in the last ten years due to its close proximity to the Bandra Kurla Complex, the city's new central business district, and the existence of other significant gated community developments. Rustomjee and Kalpataru are two developers that have completed projects in the neighborhood;

A residential project called Ten BKC was introduced in 2016 and offers units that are 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK. Jaiswal's acquisition deal is worth more than Rs 48,000 per square foot at the registration price. Considering his modest beginnings, Jaiswal believes this also embodies the traditional rags-to-riches tale. He plays cricket for both the Rajasthan Royals of the Indian Premier League and the country of India.
